Every order ships free with tracking. Orders placed before 2pm ET leave our New York warehouse the same business day; standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. A 2-day express option appears at checkout for $12.

We currently ship to all 50 states. Heavy machinery ships freight with liftgate service — we call you to schedule the drop.

Returns — 90 days, no hassle

Use the tool on a real job first. If it is not right within 90 days, message us with your order number and we email a prepaid label the same day. Refunds land within 5 business days of the carrier scan.

Tools can show honest work wear — we only ask that all parts and accessories come back. Gift certificate balances are refunded as store credit.

Warranty

Every tool carries its maker’s warranty (1–3 years depending on brand), and we handle the claim for you — one message to us replaces a maze of manufacturer phone trees.
